-all expenses (water, electricity, WiFi Internet, all utilities)

-VAT tax and/or other taxes

Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations made one day before check-in (example: for 6 May can be cancelled free of charge until 5 May 23:59).

No refunds for cancellations made after the above mentioned period
